HB 539 (2003) -  Assessments for the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan

Provides that children born in a family practice teaching hospital shall not be considered for the purpose of making assessments for the the plan.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect upon becoming a law and those provisions eliminating assessments for children born in a family practice teaching hospital shall be given retroactive application to July 1, 1997
