HB 1681 (2003) -  Education

Requires students in grades 3 and 10 who receive an Opportunity Scholarship to take the statewide assessment test; provides additional requirements for private schools and students participating in the Opportunity Scholarship Program; requires the Commissioner of Education to develop alternative measures to be used by school districts and certain private schools in awarding high school diplomas through the 2005-2006 school year.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect upon becoming a law
