General Bill by Education K-20 (CO-SPONSORS) Kilmer
Educator Certification and Discipline: Requires an affidavit for educator certification; requires certified educators and applicants for certification to provide notification of change of address; revises the number of members on certain panels of the Education Practices Commission; revises provisions relating to the commission's authority to discipline; revises grounds for discipline and penalties the commission may impose; revises provisions relating to the recovery network program for educators; allows certain employers of educators to have access to expunged and sealed records.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect upon becoming a law
