Revises provisions relating to the John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program and the Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program; revises and adds eligibility requirements; revises and adds obligations of school districts, the Department of Education, the Commissioner of Education, private schools, nonprofit scholarship-funding organization, parents, and students; provides obligations of private schools participating in state school choice scholarship programs.
Effective Date: upon becoming a law.
