Revises provisions relating to reimbursement of specified costs by sexual predators; revises provisions relating to residence of sexual predators & offenders; provides penalties; specifies residency exclusions for sexual offenders or sexual predators; preempts certain local ordinances; revises provisions relating to hearings alleging violation of community release by specified releasees for failure to comply with specified residency exclusions; revises provisions relating to probation or community control for sexual predators & sexual offenders & for certain sex offenses.
Effective Date: October 1, 2007.
