Mobile Home Park Lot Tenancies:
Authorizes court to refer actions to binding arbitration; revises provisions relating to grounds & proceedings for eviction to provide for nonapplicability of certain provisions to certain persons approved for payment by Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation; requires mobile home park owners receiving bona fide offer for purchase to notify homeowners' association officers; requires homeowners' association purchasing mobile home park to execute contract for only the park that it represents; authorizes time extension for home owners when park owner changes terms & conditions of offer to purchase park; revises requirements with respect to unsolicited offers; provides homeowners' association with right of first refusal to purchase park in event of unsolicited offer; encourages mobile home owners to organize as homeowners' associations to negotiate right of first refusal with park owner; revises & provides exceptions; revises procedures providing for removal or relocation of mobile home owners.
