Creates the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority; transfers assets and obligations of the Tri-County Commuter Rail Authority to that authority; provides powers, duties, and objectives; provides for the issuance of revenue bonds; limits obligation of the state; provides pledge not to restrict certain rights; provides for fee for registration of certain vehicles.
Effective Date: This act shall take effect upon becoming a law
