HB 357 CS (2003) -  Construction Engineering and Inspection Services

by Kilmer (CO-SPONSORS) Davis, M.; Green; Holloway; Murzin; Spratt
Provides that professional firms that have contractually agreed with the Department of Transportation for construction engineering and inspection services are agents of the state with respect to sovereign immunity; provides for indemnification of the state; provides that such agents are not agents of the state for purposes of workers' compensation.
